| GLOVECO INC., a California Corporation, was first
established on December 16, 1998. We have gradually developed its local
operations, which consist primarily of the contracting, marketing,
inventory, sales, and service functions with respect to the medical
products of Shijiazhuang Great Eagle Plastic Products CO., Ltd., and the
related corporations under the SHIJIAZHUANG HONGRAY GROUP.
The Parent Company
Shijiazhuang Great Eagle Plastic Products Co.,
Ltd., is one of a group of eight corporations under the aegis of
the SHIJIAZHUANG HONGRAY GROUP, an integrated group of companies
specializing primary in plastic products for medical, research, and
industrial applications. GREAT EAGLE was duly incorporated under the
laws of the People's Republic of China in 1998. The overall focus of the
corporate Group remains the manufacture of synthetic Vinyl, and Nitrile
disposal gloves. We have long enjoyed the official Class I Certification
of the American Food and Drug Administration to market our products in
the United States for human medical examinations; as well as similar
certification from the equivalent German agency for marketing of these
products in the European Union. |
